BigSis and Sista
BigSis came out of surgery yesterday with no neurological function. She is on a ventilator and will undergo testing later this morning to check again for brain activity. Your prayers, emails and comments are pushing me through this. Thanks seem not enough. When I have time to pull out my laptop I'll update further. Thank you

I don't know what just happened to me. I know this is upsetting for so many people, and no more than you... but for some reason this has all effected me in such a huge way. I was sitting here tonight reading blog posts and tweets offering support and I just lost it. I wish I could do something more to help your situation. I don't know what I would be doing or thinking if I were you right now. All I know is that you have had an astounding impact on so many lifes.. most of all on people that you haven't even met in real life. I know that your impact and relationship with your sister has to be even a million times more. I don't know either of you, but I have read posts that you have mentioned her in..,and I'm just so happy that she has someone like you in her life. I rarely pray, to be completely honest, but if there is a chance that it can offer any help in your life, and at the very least support- then I'm going for it. I mean this- My thoughts are seriously with you and your family.. And I'm 1000000% sure I've never meant that to a "stranger "as much as I mean it now.
